This one is from the 90s, and I'm thinking it was a bunch of beer-drinking guys who ordered caps with this on them.  Been a long time.  

Maybe this will be perfect for YOUR beer buddies as well, even if they're not calling themselves River Rats.  There are two dst files in the zip; one with the text, and one without, so you can fill in your own local lingo.
