NOT a Wilcom keyboard font.  This is a set of 3D puff capital letters in dst format.  If you can open dst files, you can use these letters.

The reason this is not a keyboard is because the end-user's settings can (probably will) do weird things with the density and functions or pathing.  In order to avoid this, it seemed best to offer them as machine files only.

These are intended to go on the front of a ball cap, and at a size of 2" tall with 3mm foam.  Scaling up is not a very good idea because the satin stitches will get too long.  The very smallest I would recommend is about 1¾" because - remember - it is YOU who will have to weed out the little foam bits from the teensy openings.  Consider yourself warned.

What you see here in the images is my actual stitching on a Tajima machine at the 2" size.  My own machine has no issue with such long stitches to cover the foam, but that doesn't mean that yours won't throw a fit.  In order to test this in advance, here's a free dst file of the letter M, which seemed to have the longest stitches of all of them.  If things go well enough with this one, then the others should be a piece of cake.

DO A TEST FIRST before ordering.  We'll both be happier that way.  Not kidding.
