I did this one over 20 years ago for someone out there in InternetLand, but honestly don't remember who it was now.  And I can't find any images of it in a google search, so it's probably no longer a viable business.  Anyway, it would work as a left chest, or maybe on a bag of some sort, but at nearly 2½" tall, would not fit on a ball cap.
