I thought it would be cool to have a font where the individual letters could be mixed and matched with other font styles to make a monogram. Maybe use the upper case from one font, with the lower case from this one. Or reverse it, and put the upper case of this one with a fancy script on the sides. With that in mind, I also wanted something that could scale from small to really large without having the satin stitches split because of their becoming too long. Well, this one does the trick. I haven't tried it at a 1" size, but the images are actual stitching of sizes from 1½" all the way up to 5", with no adverse effect at all. Heck, at 5" tall, you could almost do a shower curtain with this one if you put it in a cool border. And a bath mat to match. Throw pillows maybe? Or a really big tote bag.
I even put underlay right in the font itself, so you can stitch it in "as digitized" mode, and need to do nothing more than press the start button on the machine. Want to try a sample of this one? Here's a dst file of ABC done in the 3" size for you to play around with.
This Wilcom keyboard font is for users of version 8 and up, which should be just about everybody. Version 8 is really old. Like me.
