In addition to my Skinny Block Tiny font, which has been a lifesaver on so many occasions, I've created a tiny one that's more of a normal text width, without sacrificing the ability to pull it down really small. The very next day after creating this tiny block font, I had occasion to pull it up and use it. How's that for timing?
In the image, you can see that I've stitched out the sample at .18" and can still read it, even though the lower case is only an eighth of an inch tall. This was using normal 40 wt. thread, and an old 75/11 needle that's seen better days. (I change 'em if and when they break) Imagine a small needle and 60 wt. thread. I probably could have made it even better. (lazy me)
For appallingly small stitching by Wilcom users running version 8 and above.
